Needful Things is a horror novel set in the small town of Castle Rock, where a mysterious shop called Needful Things suddenly opens. Its owner, Leland Gaunt, seems able to provide every customer with the one object they desire most. The prices are surprisingly low, but each buyer must also perform a seemingly harmless prank on another resident.
